Thales Group is seeking an AI Intern for a hybrid role based in Gorgonzola, Italy. As part of your responsibilities, you'll develop an AI tool to automate FMEA drafting by analyzing electronic data and historical reliability files.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/AI, has programming skills in Python, and a strong interest in AI/Machine Learning concepts.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or in the final year of an engineering school.
• Strong programming skills in Python are essential.
• Experience in AI/Machine Learning (NLP, LLM prompting) is required.

Mansioni

• Analyze electronic data from unstructured and structured formats.
• Develop an AI/Data pipeline combining NLP and Computer Vision.
• Integrate historical data for predicting component failures.
• Generate FMEA reports based on AI outputs.
• Work with hardware engineers to validate the AI's logic.

Conoscenze

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts

Fundamental understanding of electronic circuits

Familiarity with EDA tools
