WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities. You will design and build enterprise AI solutions using agentic frameworks and cloud technologies. You will develop multi‑agent systems, implement MLOps pipelines, and deploy scalable AI applications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform complex business challenges into innovative AI solutions.
• Technologies. You will work with Python and agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph or ADK. You will leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerisation technologies (Docker, GKE, Cloud Run, Container App). You will implement MLOps practices for automated deployment, with opportunities to work with data orchestrators and API design.
• Team work. You will join Reply's AI & Data practice working alongside data scientists, cloud architects, and business consultants. You will collaborate directly with enterprise clients in an agile, innovation‑driven environment, working on challenging AI projects while learning from senior specialists.
• Academic background. Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Valuable expertise. Strong passion for artificial intelligence and agentic systems. 2‑3 years of experience in AI engineering, Python development, cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS), containerised environments and MLOps automation.
• Nice to have. ML model development and tuning experience, familiarity with data orchestrators (Airflow, DBT, MLflow), API design and authentication knowledge, strong SQL and data management skills, cloud certifications.
• Soft skills. You have strong analytical thinking and solve complex problems with innovative approaches. You communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. You’re a continuous learner passionate about AI innovation.
