Appian in Milano seeks an Associate Consultant to bring our technology to life by building modern, process-centric business applications that transform how enterprises operate. You will deploy digital solutions from the first implementation to scalable operations across the organization.

You will become a subject matter expert in AI-powered process automation, collaborating with global business leaders and leveraging design thinking to deliver rapid prototypes and end-to-end business models.

Competenze

• Fluent English & Italian language skills.
• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, CS, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in computer systems, programming logic, or emerging software tech.
• Analytical mindset to translate business problems into workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing environments.
• Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting.
• Willingness to travel (≤10% annually).
