Humanitas in Rozzano, Italy, seeks a Bioinformatician/Data Scientist to join the AI Center of Humanitas. You will analyze clinical, -omics, and imaging data and develop multi-modal, ML/DL models to translate research into personalized healthcare.

We value strong background in -omics, Python/R, cloud and HPC, and the ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and international partners to advance precision medicine for rare hematological diseases.

Competenze

• Master's degree or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, CS or STEM.
• Strong background in -omics data analysis and integration.
• Experience with ML/DL techniques applied to healthcare.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong scripting: R, Python; Git workflows.
