In this role, you will design AI solutions, collaborate with teams to fulfill client needs, and assist with presales activities. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in Generative AI and strong machine learning knowledge. Flexibility for remote work is available.

AI & Data Science Engineer

DXC Technology is looking for a Data Scientist to support AI and Generative AI projects, contributing to practical solutions and improving business processes through ML models, NLP, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision applications
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions
• Assist in presales activities, including preparing technical materials and contributing to client presentations
• Stay up-to-date on AI trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to support solution development
• Participate in small-scale AI solution projects or tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in real client environments

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Generative AI projects
• Good knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, including design and implementation

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI approaches or platforms
• Previous involvement in presales or solution support tasks

Location

Bari with remote work possibility.
