A leading gaming and sports betting company in Milan seeks an experienced AI professional to lead advanced projects in the Generative AI & RPA area. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML solutions, a relevant degree, and mentoring experience. This role involves significant collaboration within a dynamic team to drive innovation and align AI solutions with business needs.

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end delivery of AI / ML solutions from ideation to production.
• Excellent knowledge of modern machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience mentoring data scientists and aligning AI solutions with business objectives.

What you’ll do :

• Join the team of AI & Automation and in the Generative AI & RPA area, reporting directly into Data Science & AI Senior Manager.
• Have the opportunity to be involved in advanced AI projects, leveraging SDLC automation , Generative AI capabilities, and intelligent workflow orchestration to deliver scalable, production‑grade solution.

What you’ll bring :

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end delivery of AI / ML solutions from ideation to production, including model design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in enterprise environments.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative field; an advanced degree (MSc / PhD) is considered a plus.
• Previous experience mentoring data scientists / machine learning engineers and working closely with Product and Engineering to align AI solutions with concrete business objectives.
• Excellent knowledge of python coding, modern machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, LLMs, retrieval‑augmented generation), MCP servers, LLMOps practices, AI governance, and model observability.We have accidental stray characters.
