Agreement Delivery Coordinator Italy

We are now looking for an Agreement Delivery Coordinator to join our marine agreements team working for a better future. The location for the position is in Italy – preferably at the Wärtsilä locations in Trieste, Genova or Napoli.

What will you be doing

As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the contract core team delivering the maintenance agreements to our customers. The role supports maintenance agreement execution by taking a proactive approach to prepare engine preventive maintenance interventions.

Your work will focus on these responsibilities :
  • Coordinate spare part deliveries
  • Secure field service resources for the maintenance tasks
  • Ensure the necessary special tools are available for the maintenance interventions
  • Coordinate workshop maintenance tasks
  • Consult with Wärtsilä technical experts
  • Consult with other suppliers and subcontractors
  • Support customers to manage unforeseen issues
  • With urgency manage the necessary parts and coordinate resources to minimise the impact
  • Timely process the maintenance task reporting, and trigger invoicing process
  • Participate in customer meetings

This is to ensure that the maintenance tasks are executed within the set time frame without delays. It requires continuous communication with customers as well as across Wärtsilä departments. In the role you also focus on the cost to serve and customer satisfaction. For major maintenance interventions, create a maintenance execution plan with timelines, actions and cost estimates.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar
  • Few years experience in a similar role preferred
  • Native in Italian and excellent knowledge in English
  • Proactiveness, focus on achieving results, ability to keep an overview of many ongoing activities, detail oriented and organized, excellent communication skills
  • Experience with SAP and Service Work Force is a plus
