Agreement Delivery Coordinator

Location

Italy – preferably Wärtsilä locations in Trieste, Genova or Napoli.

What Will You Be Doing

As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the contract core team delivering maintenance agreements to our customers. You will support the execution of maintenance agreements by taking a proactive approach to prepare engine preventive maintenance interventions.

• Coordinate spare part deliveries
• Secure field service resources for maintenance tasks
• Ensure the necessary special tools are available for maintenance interventions
• Coordinate workshop maintenance tasks
• Consult with Wärtsilä technical experts
• Consult with other suppliers and subcontractors
• Support customers in managing unforeseen issues
• With urgency manage necessary parts and coordinate resources to minimise impact
• Timely process maintenance task reporting, and trigger invoicing process
• Participate in customer meetings

This role ensures that maintenance tasks are executed within the set time frame without delays, requiring continuous communication with customers and other Wärtsilä departments. You will also focus on cost to serve and customer satisfaction, and for major maintenance interventions create a maintenance execution plan with timelines, actions and cost estimates.

To Be Successful

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• A few years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Native proficiency in Italian and excellent knowledge of English
• Proactiveness, focus on achieving results, ability to maintain an overview of many ongoing activities, detail oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills
• Experience with SAP and Service Work Force is a plus
