This Position reports to:

Global Product Group Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will be a key member of the Sustainable Energy Agile Unit and report directly to the Agile Unit Leader. You will work closely with Product Owners and transitionally collaborate with other Agile Units and functions to guarantee business flow continuity.

The Agile Portfolio Manager (APM) is responsible for managing the portfolio of solutions including creating and executing plans to address portfolio gaps. Operational responsibilities include Annual Business Review (ABR)/Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation, developing mid-long-term solutions strategy, and setting related performance targets.

The work model for the role is: hybrid or remote

Location: Global, working mainly in European time zone but supporting the global team.

You will be mainly accountable for
  • Ensure the performance of the assigned portfolio across the Agile Units (Solutions / Product Platform) in transitional collaboration with the GPG Portfolio Manager to
  • Monitor, evaluate and report the annual business planning, definition of performance targets, forecasting volume trends as well as target setting and costs
  • Manage the solution/product harmonization across the Agile Units
  • Lead team to identify inorganic growth targets, and support process through M&A or brand label process. Support on request in inorganic growth activities
  • Work closely with the Product Owners of various Agile Teams and the relevant Agile Unit Leaders
  • Be the key stakeholder at sprint reviews to support the Agile Team reaching their goals

Qualifications for the role
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in product management and/or product development (global or local)
  • Sound knowledge of low voltage business, products, and customers
  • Demonstrated experience of managing product launches and/or marketing and sales strategy
  • Collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Master's degree in engineering or business and administration
  • Fluency in English
