Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc in Engineering or CS; PhD preferred.
• Expert in Java and Python.
• Experience with AI frameworks (Langchain, PyTorch).
• Hands-on AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex).
• Experience with OpenAI API and tool calling.
• Experience on agentic patterns and prompt engineering.
• Experience building multi-agent AI architectures with RAG and tool calls.
• LLM pipeline performance optimization (latency, token efficiency).
• Familiarity with UML/Simulink diagrams.
• Regression testing experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, product mindset.
• Fluent English; willing to travel Europe/China.

Responsibilities

• Support evolution of proprietary MBD tools towards AI-assistance.
• Enable large-scale efficient simulation and code/test generation.
• Integrate AI agentic technologies into existing products.
