Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience with access control systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and contractor entry.
• Respond to incidents and document observations.
• Maintain professional presence and report security concerns to leadership.
