A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking an After Sales Zone Manager in Torino, Italy. The ideal candidate will ensure the achievement of technical and commercial targets through effective process optimization and sales strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring service quality and KPIs, managing workshops' loyalty, and defining marketing plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with entry-level seniority.

Mission

To ensure the achievement of technical and commercial targets (customer satisfaction) optimizing both process and sell-out actions, by the Authorized representatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Workshop Loyalty: set‑up of the sales purchasing target per workshop, constant alignment with Parts ZM and Hub Sales Manager to define commercial policies and animation, definition of action plans and follow up.
  • Service Marketing activities: definition of the marketing plan at workshop level through the tools and resources made available by PSA: Marketing portal, ATL and BTL plans, POS materials, CRM activities.
  • Ensure and track service quality, customer satisfaction & Stellantis standards compliance.
  • Monitor CSI & IACS KPIs and share the action plans with Service Manager.
  • Share Quality results linked with the remuneration policy.
  • Manage technical & warranty KPIs including recall campaigns follow up.
  • Monitor Warranty KPIs and definition of an action plan.
  • Monitor Technical skills and training follow up.
  • Manage & track the workshops loyalty, efficiency & business performance.
  • Workshop KPIs: Saturation – Productivity – Efficiency.
  • Service contracts animation.
