After Sales Zone Manager
MISSION
  • To ensure the achievement of technical and commercial targets (customer satisfaction) optimizing both process and sell‑out actions, by the authorized repairs.
Main Responsibilities
  • Workshop Loyalty: set‑up of the sales purchasing target per workshop, constant alignment with Parts ZM and Hub Sales Manager to define commercial policies and animation, definition of action plans and follow‑up.
  • Service Marketing activities: definition of the marketing plan at workshop level through the tools and resources made available by PSA: Marketing portal, ATL and BTL plans, POS materials, CRM activities.
  • Ensure and track service quality, customer satisfaction & Stellantis standards compliance.
  • Monitor CSI & IACS KPIs and share the action plans with Service Manager.
  • Share Quality results linked with the remuneration policy.
  • Manage technical & warranty KPIs including recall campaigns follow‑up.
  • Monitor Warranty KPIs and definition of an action plan.
  • Monitor Technical skills and training follow‑up.
  • Manage & track the workshops loyalty, efficiency & business performance.
  • Workshop KPIs: Saturation - Productivity – Efficiency.
  • Service contracts animation.
