After Sales Administrator - under Law 68/99 (protected categories)

Scope

Offer good management of the needs of our Customers, processing and managing orders, returns, solving incidents as well as good product advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and management of dental orders/dispatch
  • Create purchase order, order confirmation & returns…etc
  • Work with accounting to align on payment / dunning process
• Replacement steering
  • Order spare parts and refurbished products for replacement process
  • Work with accounting to align on payment / dunning process
• Processing deposits, changes, billing, cancellations….
• Ensures the updating and reliability of the department's databases and files.
• Ensures compliance with current regulations on data protection and access to information

Years and type of experience:

• More than 2 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Good English skills (both spoken & written)
• Excellent organizing and prioritization skills
• Great service- and customer orientation
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and self-driven personality

This position will be based in Rome.

We offer a temporary contract, health and accident insurances, ticket meal.
