This role requires an economic degree and excellent English along with analytical and communication skills. Role description

Within AFC Department, Foreign Administration Department is coordinating the Administration of Branch and Subsidiaries worldwide. The Function is looking for a person able to manage and oversee, in close coordination with relating function in Head Quarter, all the Administrative, Finance and Control process of a Country.

The position is meant for a permanent stay in a foreign country for a medium / long period.

Main Responsibilities

For a specific country where the Company is registered with a Branch or a Subsidiary the candidate shall :

  • Oversee local accounting and coordinate administrative teams (Accounts Payables / Receivable and General Accounting)
  • Manage Statutory Financial Statement and Reporting as per group Standard
  • Manage Cash Flow in strict coordination with Finance highlighting in advance any deviation and proposing “remediation actions”
  • Ensure application of the guidelines for planning, management control and reporting
  • Manage Tax Compliance (both Direct and Indirect Tax) in close coordination with HQ Tax team and local advisors
  • Support the Project teams for all matters concerning AFC
  • Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
  • In close coordination with Head Office AFC to support the Commercial Team for new commercial activities in the Country
  • Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure
Knowledge & Qualifications
  • Economic degree (not necessarily in Italy);
  • Excellent level of English;
  • Good level of an additional foreign language;
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
Experience
  • Experience in same or similar role;
  • Highly appreciated experience in EPC or Construction sector;
Skills and Abilities
  • Organization, analytical approach and synthesis skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Communication and interaction skills with professionals of different training (in particular engineers);
  • Willingness to live abroad and work in a multinational environment
  • Ability to perform under pressure and Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
