TXT Group is seeking an Aerospace Customer Support Engineer to strengthen the Aerospace & Defence division in Italy. You will be the technical-operational contact for training simulators, handling customer requests, and delivering training to personnel.

The role requires English at least B2, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. You will work both independently and with the team to ensure reliability and high-quality support.

Competenze

• Solid knowledge of software, hardware, and machine solutions.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics).
• Excellent command of MS Office for producing technical manuals and reports.
• Classroom management skills for delivering training sessions to technicians and operators.
• Technical-management educational background in aerospace/aeronautical field or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Act as the point of contact between the Technical Office and Support Team, interfacing with pilots, maintenance staff, instructors, and engineers.
• Ensure the technical reliability of training devices and ground stations.
• Process customer requests and implement corrective actions to maintain service standards.
• Draft reports on technical issues and produce/update technical manuals.
• Perform on-site interventions for installation and maintenance.
• Provide training courses on training systems for customer personnel.
• Monitor simulator installations and anticipate obsolescence.
• Lead a team of technicians and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Advise management on customer satisfaction and simulator performance.
