Avio Aero is seeking a Safety and Quality Monitoring and Audit Leader to head the internal audit framework across production and maintenance. You will ensure compliance with aviation regulations, certification standards, and company requirements while coordinating audit plans and action closure.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, strong aerospace quality background, and fluency in English and Italian to interact with management and external authorities.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field with leadership experience.
• Significant aerospace quality, safety, compliance or auditing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and certification requirements (EASA, EN9100/EN9110).
• Proven ability to manage audit programs and drive corrective actions.
• Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain internal audit plans for production and maintenance.
• Lead and coordinate internal and workstation audits with visibility of progress.
• Prepare dashboards and manage CAPA closure with management review.
• Ensure compliance with EASA, EN9100/EN9110 and related standards.
• Maintain auditor qualifications and support annual management review.
