Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. in Torino is seeking a Junior Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with roadmap, budget, and risk controls.

You will coordinate a cluster of interrelated projects, define WBS and required milestones, and work with Risk Managers on contract risks and feasibility analyses. Qualifications

• Stem bachelor’s degree required.
• Junior level with potential to grow in program management.
• Ability to coordinate multi-project activities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve program goals ensuring optimization in management of initiatives, compliance with the roadmap, cost plan and budget.
• Coordinate and monitor a group of interrelated projects and organize project meetings.
• Define WBS, OBS, and SoW; forecast costs and resources; support risk management and client communications.
• Organize reviews with the client and internal team to discuss progress, risks and changes.
• Assist in starting purchasing processes and ensuring schedule alignment with milestones.
