A global contract manufacturer in Correggio, Italy is seeking a Process Engineer to develop manufacturing processes and assure production efficiency. The role involves analyzing data, training operators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and can expect to work full-time Monday to Friday with possible travel. Strong skills in technical drawing interpretation and machine programming are essential.

Competenze

• 1 / 2-year experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering preferred but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Develop the specific process based on customer requirements.
• Machine or robot programming and process parameters set up.
• Assist in training operators on process awareness, monitoring and control.
• Analyze process data for efficient manufacturing methods.
• Coordinate activities to resolve process problems.

Conoscenze

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

Strong math skills and robot / machine programming

Experience with Solidworks / CAD CAM / ABB Rapid / Minitab / PowerBi / Excel

Experience with SPC, 6s and Lean manufacturing tools

Ability to analyze drawings, manuals, material specification

Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing documents

Excellent communication skills

Ability to implement compliance strategies

Ability to identify and implement capital improvement projects

Ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to present information and recommendations

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics
