Job summary

Pirola Advisory S.p.A. is seeking Consultants to join the Business Consulting division in Milan. The role focuses on management consulting, business transformation, and performance optimization across various industries.

You will analyze processes, benchmark against competitors, and help define KPIs and monitoring tools for informed decision-making. The successful candidate will contribute to strategy development, support project management activities, and participate in cost-benefit analyses

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured organizations or consulting firms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure analyses and presentations to support project activities.
• Interest in working with companies across different industries, with a flexible and adaptable mindset and curiosity about new markets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of business strategies through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business plan development.
• Analyze business processes and operating models, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for organizational and operational improvement.
• Analyze business performance and contribute to the definition of KPIs and monitoring tools to support decision-making.
• Identify improvement solutions in collaboration with the client’s business functions, facilitating alignment among stakeholders.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses of the proposed solutions and promote a continuous improvement approach.
• Support the Project Management activities of complex transformation projects, preparing progress reports and documentation for project status meetings, steering committees, and key decision-making stages.

Pirola Advisory S.p.A., a strategic, digital, and administrative consulting firm, is looking forConsultants to join the Business Consulting division of its Milan office.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in management consulting and business transformation projects, supporting clients in assessing business performance, optimizing processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Contribute to the development of business strategies through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business plan development
• Analyze business processes and operating models, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for organizational and operational improvement
• Analyze business performance and contribute to the definition of KPIs and monitoring tools to support decision-making
• Identify improvement solutions in collaboration with the client’s business functions, facilitating alignment among stakeholders
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses of the proposed solutions and promote a continuous improvement approach

What we offer

• The gross annual salary for this position ranges from € 33,000 to € 36,000
• The employment level and classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the applicable CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services Sector)
• The specific compensation package, including any variable components, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the position

What we look for

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured organizations or consulting firms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure analyses and presentations to support project activities
• An interest in working with companies across different industries, combined with a flexible and adaptable mindset and curiosity about new markets
• Experience in strategic projects and/or process and operations optimization
• A degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
