A global consulting firm is looking for a Consultant to help assess client needs and implement audit procedures. The role requires strong analytical skills and background in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 90 credit hours completed towards a relevant degree. Candidates must have successfully passed professional exams such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA. This position is based in Tuscany, Italy, and involves engaging with clients to enhance their accounting practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values, and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues.
• Develop an understanding of the ITC audit automation approach and ERP tools.
• Assess risks and evaluate the client's internal control structure.
• Perform substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
• Prepare financial statements under prescribed formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Completion of 90+ credit hours towards a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Accounting or Finance.
• You must have passed your ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA exam.
