Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Specialist NPDI

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Manufacturing Readiness – New Product Introduction
  • Execute projects to provide all technical capabilities to TM manufacturing sites for NPI, productivity/efficiency improvement programs, and other strategic projects for the BUs
  • Major contributor to defining the right processes for TM product assembly and testing
  • Specify new (Smart) technologies, jigs, and fixtures to achieve efficient manufacturing
  • Contribute to DFM analyses and coordination within NPDI teams
  • Support the implementation of Operations Excellence projects across BUs in TM productions
  • Work on specific tasks assigned by the TM Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager
  • Responsible for the successful Manufacturing/Engineering Prototype build, including the EoL test
  • R&D cooperation and support
  • Act as the main contributor to the Manufacturing processes
  • Contribute to automation improvements
  • Contribute to RTG/STD hours improvements
  • Contribute to assembly line optimization
  • Cooperate with VOS and other departments on production improvements
Qualifications
  • Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering
  • At least 5‑10 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of CAD tools
  • English language proficiency
  • Available to travel, if needed
