Qualifications

• Master's degree in Material Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field.
• PhD or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience in multinational manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects for advanced coatings across industrial sectors, coordinating with internal functions and timelines.
• Lead operational development of the process, defining parameters and manufacturing strategies for deposition of Thermal Spray coatings.
• Perform process analysis in testing/operational environments and present results in reports and presentations.
• Prepare operating instructions and technical documentation to transfer developed processes to Operations.
• Coordinate transfer and integration of developed processes into Operations at company sites or customer facilities.
• Provide technical support to Operations during process transfer and troubleshoot production-related issues.
