Competenze

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for an Administration & Finance Manager to join our Corporate Team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG). This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international, innovative, and fast‑paced environment where financial excellence and compliance play a fundamental role.

What will you do?
  • Ensure full and correct management of company accounts in compliance with internal standards, accounting rules and local legislation
  • Prepare profit and loss statements and relevant periodic reports for Global HQ and the Regional Director
  • Compile the annual industrial budget and monitor performance versus forecast throughout the year
  • Prepare the annual financial statements in compliance with local rules and Group standards
  • Calculate corporate, labor, VAT and all other applicable taxes, preparing reports and declarations within required deadlines
  • Manage relationships with chartered accountants, external auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Provide guidance and consultancy on legal, fiscal, financial and accounting policies and regulations
  • Support HQ Finance in identifying financial solutions and strategic opportunities to improve the company’s financial position and reduce expenses
  • Manage banking relationships and support HQ Finance in negotiating financing solutions to guarantee adequate cash flow
  • Manage or support interactions with third parties and local authorities
  • Guarantee productive and efficient office operations, managing utilities, facility services and administrative contracts
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chief Accountant or in a similar role within an international manufacturing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of GAAP and IFRS principles, taxation rules and regulations, commercial and corporate law and business economics
  • Strong applied knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Strong English language skills
