MUSC Health Florence Medical Center is seeking an Acute Care Lead Physical Therapist to join our team. This role will supervise staff, provide advanced clinical expertise, and oversee patient care across inpatient and outpatient services.

The Lead Therapist will mentor PTs, students, and support personnel, with opportunities for clinical education experiences and cross-unit collaboration. This full-time role offers State benefits, a 6-week maternity leave, and a $15k sign-on bonus with tuition

Competenze

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Considerable knowledge of entry level evaluation and therapeutic interventions in physical therapy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in busy clinic environment.

Mansioni

• Lead Physical Therapist reports to the Rehab Manager or Rehab Director.
• Develops, supervises and provides optimal patient care services as referred by physician for Physical Therapy.
• Mentors and supports staff, including Physical Therapists, Volunteers, Therapy Technicians, and Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Provides clinical education experiences for physical therapy students as assigned.
• May work in both outpatient and inpatient services across the hospital.
