Impact Acoustic seeks a Technical and Development Specialist to support the technical development, validation, and application of our acoustic solutions. You will bridge product development, testing, certification, and commercial activities ensuring accurate technical data communicates across teams and clients.

You will coordinate product validation, fire performance, and material characterization, while maintaining documentation and aligning with EN and CE requirements.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with building materials or interior systems.
• Good understanding of construction standards, testing, and certification processes.
• Experience with fire performance or acoustic materials is a strong plus.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support on acoustic products to internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Operations) and external stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate product validation activities, including fire testing, acoustic performance, and material characterization.
• Work with external laboratories to define test setups, follow testing activities, and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (datasheets, test reports, TCS, application guidelines).
• Ensure alignment with construction standards and certification requirements (e.g. EN 13501-1, CE marking, EPD frameworks).
• Support troubleshooting and technical clarifications related to product performance and installation conditions.
• Contribute to improving internal technical processes and documentation quality.
• Act as a technical reference point across cross-functional teams.
