A pharmaceutical transportation company in Italy is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong MS Excel skills. You'll manage invoicing and payments in a dynamic environment. Join us for a full-time, office-based position offering a salary range of €30,000 – €40,000 gross annually.
We are the game changer in pharmaceutical transportation across Europe, driven by passion for excellence and sustainability. At our offices in San Marco Evangelista (Caserta, Italy) we are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in the accounts receivable and accounts payable domain, in the parcels / groupage / pallets / express transport sector.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and practice.
Strong MS Excel skills. English intermediate (level B1 in the CEFR scale). Italian native or bilingual. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organisational skills. Must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive approach. Solid interpersonal communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and to work with and empathise with colleagues and customers from varied backgrounds and cultures. A previous exposure to the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
Permanent, full‑time contract, 100% office‑based. Level 3S of the Italian national collective agreement for Logistics and Transport sector.
Salary bandwidth: €30,000 – €40,000 gross per year, depending on the expertise.
