Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance, overseeing monthly financial closings, and preparing financial statements. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (F/M/D)

Objectives

• Supervise and develop an accounting team of 3/4 members managing activities related to Italy HQ and Group subsidiaries;
• Ensure accounting team properly complete monthly and YE closing, balance sheet reconciliation, GL booking, Payroll booking, AP booking, intercompany reconciliations;
• Timely and properly preparation of Italy HQ financial statement
• Support year end Group auditors;
• Tax compliance handling with support of external consultant;

Main Tasks

• Assistance in the preparation of the financial statements of the subsidiaries according to local gaap;
• Monthly closing and reconciliations supervising;
• VAT, withholding and income tax declarations;
• Ad hoc request for the Group finance department;

Your Profile

• 10-15 years of professional experience supervising accounting team of minimum 2/3 members in multinational companies;
• Very strong knowledge in accounting, tax and consolidation principles;
• Very strong knowledge in Office tools, in particular excel;
• Very good knowledge in English written and oral, German knowledge is a plus;
• Communication and flexibility are among your strengths;
• Accuracy and reliability;
• Positive attitude and flexibility;
• High degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management;
