Vacancy: Accounting Specialist – Volvo Construction Equipment

Adecco Italia SpA, Specializzazione Finance, is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join the Finance team for Volvo Construction Equipment. The role reports directly to the CFO and is part of a broader Digital Transformation project focused on cleanup and proper data migration.

Responsibilities
  • Registration of invoices from Italian suppliers and intercompany (with and without purchase orders)
  • Cost‑centre accounting
  • Issuing limited sales invoices
  • Recording customer receipts
  • Control and registration of employee expense notes
  • Compilation of INTRASTAT reports
  • VAT management: monthly settlement and VAT registers
  • Processing received intent declarations (VAT plafond)
  • Monthly withholding calculation (freelancers and passive interest)
  • Handling of other taxes (excise, COBAT, CONAI, CONOU)
  • Account reconciliation
  • E‑billing
  • Credit recovery activities
  • Support on administrative, accounting and tax matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
  • Solid experience in general ledger accounting
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Own vehicle (automobile)

Strong relational and analytical skills, precision and a team orientation are essential.

Contract & Compensation

Temporary agency contract under CCNL Commercio. Annual salary 30‑40 k €, aligned with seniority.
