We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with experience in general accounting, taxation, and accounts payable.

Main responsibilities include:

• participating in the correct maintenance of general accounting and the accounts payable cycle;
• participating in the maintenance and updating of mandatory accounting and tax records;
• preparing monthly/annual adjustments and closing entries;
• supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements;
• supporting the preparation and monitoring of periodic tax compliance (VAT, direct taxes, CU, 770, etc.);
• analyzing and reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts;
• actively participating in the implementation of improvements in accounting and administrative processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 3-5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in structured business environments
• knowledge of national accounting standards (OIC) and Italian tax regulations
• knowledge of the main tax obligations
• accuracy, autonomy, and ability to work in a team
