Randstad Leader Search & Selection, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, is recruiting for a Chemical Company as:
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Company’s administrative and financial activities, ensuring compliance with established policies and general Group directives.
- Lead the Company’s Management Control process and supervise, in collaboration with the relevant functions, the preparation of budgets and forecasts; ensure the identification and analysis of variances between actual figures and budgets and forecasts; assist the positions responsible in evaluating plans, interpreting results, and formulating improvement proposals.
- Develop forecasting and reporting analyses within the scope of their expertise.
- Provide, in compliance with the Group’s policies and guidelines, the study and definition of information systems and operating methods to contribute to improving the Company’s results.
- Manage debt collection in collaboration with the Holding Customer Service function.
- Manage all types of insurance in accordance with Company and Group directives.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of all IT projects and systems.
- Within the area of competence, implement, promote and develop the Quality System, the EHS Management System and, in general, monitor compliance with current skill.
- Coordinate and/or execute all activities necessary for the best negotiation and purchase of materials for the relevant services (general services, leasing, economic goods, etc.).
- Collaborate in issuing annual generic contracts in accordance with the technical/financial requests received from the relevant departments.
- Collaborate with the CEO on personnel management.
- Coordinate, in collaboration with local functions and the Group, any new specific projects that arise from time to time locally or based on input from the Parent Company.
- Collaborate with the managers of various IT projects and systems for their implementation and development.
- Responsible for the processing of “Privacy Protection.”
- Responsible pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 regarding health and safety in the workplace.
Skills
- Diploma and/or Degree (Finance/Administration)
- Specific experience in the administrative sector of multinational companies.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of IT systems for administrative management and control.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and Environmental, Safety and Health Management Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
