CELINE, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking an Accounting Manager in Italy. You will oversee four legal entities, manage month-end and year-end closings, and ensure tax compliance within a luxury fashion environment.
The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting or related field and at least 10 years’ experience, with proficiency in SAP and Excel. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

As Accounting Manager, and part of the Finance Department, you will oversee the accounting operations and statutory reporting of four legal entities, responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely month-end and year-end closings, compliance with tax and statutory requirements, and the preparation of annual financial statements.
You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge of the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.
Your impact
Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of French would be a plus.

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR €70.000,00.
This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at CELINE’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.
In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Pelli e Succedanei) [and the supplementary company agreement], as applied by CELINE in Italy.
