An automotive company located in Ispica is seeking an entry-level accounting associate. You will demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills to assist with various accounting tasks, such as Tag & Title assistance and general ledger reconciliation. Ideal candidates will have basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with computer systems. This role offers health benefits after 60 days and a 401(k) plan.

Mills Automotive Group is seeking an entry‑level accounting associate. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and routine accounting proficiency. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of the CDK system are preferred but not required.

  • Support office personnel
  • Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts for wholesales, dealer trades, lien payoffs, etc.
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
