The successful candidate will manage suppliers' invoices, prepare payments, and ensure adherence to VAT regulations. A degree in Economics and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role are essential. Proficiency in English and Excel is required, and knowledge of SAP is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Payables Employee to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

• Recording and management of Italian and foreign supplier invoices of various types, verifying consistency between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices, and resolving any discrepancies;
• Accrual and posting of invoices, credit notes, accruals and deferrals and activities related to monthly and annual closing processes;
• Preparation of supplier payments;
• Maintenance and updating of supplier master data;
• Monitoring and reconciliation of supplier accounts and due dates;
• Verification of correct VAT application, reverse charge procedures, and management of declarations of intent.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Degree in Economics or related fields;
• Previous experience of 3‑5 years in similar roles within medium or large manufacturing companies;
• Knowledge of the SAP ERP system will be considered a plus;
• Fluency in English – both oral and written;
• Strong proficiency in Excel;
• Preparation of reports using Business Intelligence tools.
