Location: Milan, Italy (Office presence expected at minimum 2 days per week)

About the role:

The Account Manager (Project Manager) will collaborate with clients to handle various content production needs, including video, web, e‑commerce, print, and POS materials. The role requires expertise in digital content, motion design, and print production, alongside project execution skills. Proficiency in data collection and digital ecosystems is advantageous. The candidate will contribute to a dynamic team focused on creative design, content and video production, e‑commerce content, print materials, and copywriting for editorial and social media projects.

What you will be doing:
  • Work closely with Designers, copywriter and motion graphic designer to align on content that needs to be produced, whether it be stills, videos or animations.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Verifying that all contents are coherent and consistent with the client brand guidelines on all platforms and thus with the creative team.
  • Making sure that all content being produced follows client’s tone of voice and guidelines.
  • We are looking for people who want to work closer with clients and brands, who are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 4+ years of experience as an Account/Project Manager in an agency setting & Experience meeting with clients
  • Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution‑based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills.
  • Proficiency in Italian & English is required as we are a global business.
  • Thrives in an environment of continual feedback and optimizing performances.
  • Knowledge of digital and print production.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize under tight deadline and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate results within quick turnaround times.
  • Actively listens, requests clarification when needed & being calm and collective.
  • Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one’s own development.
  • Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development and creative execution.
  • Experienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • An outstanding background in digital content and production.
  • Strong management and planning skills & Problem solving.
  • Excellent knowledge of social content and digital content (website, CRM, Production).
  • Please note that it's a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Not essential but definitely an advantage:
  • Experience with OTC and pharmaceutical brands is a plus.
  • Background in a creative agency environment.
  • Skilled in communication and marketing.
  • Multi-market experience.
