We’re looking for a junior-to-mid level Account Manager to work closely with senior sales leadership and support the execution of Enapter’s B2B sales activities. This is not a cold-calling role. The focus is on managing customer relationships, developing the sales funnel, and running the operational side of the sales cycle with precision.

You’ll sit at the center of customer communication and internal coordination, ensuring opportunities move forward smoothly from first contact to order intake.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?
  • Manage relationships with leads, prospects, and active customer accounts.
  • Actively develop and maintain the sales funnel in coordination with the wider sales team.
  • Own the operational sales process: proposals, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Manage the full document flow with customers, including NDAs, quotations, and commercial/technical clarifications.
  • Coordinate internally with Customer Support, Engineering, R&D, SBO, and Finance to deliver accurate and timely responses.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and clear internal visibility on deal status and next steps.
  • Support deal execution through order intake and handover to internal teams.
What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it;
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a commercial project role;
  • Strong learning ability and curiosity for technical products and complex sales processes;
  • Outgoing, structured, and confident in professional customer interactions;
  • Fluent English; Proficient in Spanish and/or Portuguese;
  • Experience or exposure to renewable energy, oil & gas, or industrial machinery / hardware sales
