Join Deliveroo as an Account Manager – Firenze and help grow our restaurant partnerships across Italy.

About The Role

Our Account Management team is the main partner liaison for restaurant brands. You will serve as a trusted consultant, using data insights and industry knowledge to unlock growth for our top partners.

The role is based in Firenze and reports to the Regional Manager. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver the best consultancy service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting relationships with the network.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, share insights with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and financial performance.
  • Plan portfolio strategy to boost performance, financials, and loyalty, impacting absolute metrics and relative ones such as market share.
  • Control portfolio P&L, identifying opportunities and risks.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Knowledge of P&L and negotiation skills.
  • Experience creating long‑term relationships.
  • Proficiency with tools and project management applications to guide best practice.
  • Experience in the Horeca, restaurant, or food market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
