The Account Manager builds solid relationships with and provides support to whole portfolio of Petcare clients. As Petcare Best Practice leader the Senior Manager handles all day-to-day servicing, contributes to revenue goals, and increases Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts and is responsible to renew all contracts.
The account manager is also part of the team serving one the top client supporting the team director and directly facing the client and accountable for the client’s overall satisfaction.
