Purpose of the Job
As an Account Manager for 3D Point of Sale Materials (POSM) + Premiums, you will be responsible for managing and delivering marketing activation campaigns tailored to the Italian market. You’ll work closely with the client, internal teams, and local partners to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant, compliant, and commercially successful.
The Account Manager is required to remain in contact with suppliers and clients and is responsible for taking ownership of the relationship and developing it further. The Account manager is required to negotiate costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for the client, building strong relationships and understanding their brand and market goals
- Lead the execution of marketing activation campaigns across retail, experiential, and digital channels in Italy
- Coordinate with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring efficiency and transparency
- Ensure all activations comply with Italian market regulations, especially in the beverages sector
- Monitor campaign performance and consumer engagement, providing insights and recommendations
- Support localization of global campaigns for the Italian audience, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Account management experience within a marketing or creative agency
- Experience working with FMCG or beverages clients, ideally within the Italian market
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of Italian consumer behaviour and retail environments
- Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
- Leadership and management experience is desirable
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Able to prioritize workload in a high energy environment
- Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
- Has a project management mind-set
- Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development
- Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings
- Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
