A leading global e-commerce company is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee and expand the PARP network in Italy. This dynamic role involves managing C-level stakeholder relationships, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring best-in-class customer experiences across pickup locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and fluency in both Italian and English.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Key Account Manager - Amazon PARP (Pick up and Returns points) in Italy.
Amazon PARP is an alternative delivery solution offering convenient pickup and return options to customers. As the Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand our network, requiring a proven track record in C-level stakeholder management, complex contract negotiations, and end-to-end network ownership.
As a key member of the PARP team, you will work cross-functionally to manage the entire client relationship lifecycle. Responsibilities include overseeing network development and rollout, optimizing performance, conducting reviews, creating action plans, and managing contract renewals. You will serve as the primary contact for external partners and internal teams, ensuring excellent customer experience while collaborating with Tech Ops, Finance, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, and Product Management.
