A leading engineering firm in Emilia-Romagna, Italy is seeking a Sales Specialist to grow sales areas for hydraulic products. You will define sales targets and identify new opportunities within the Mobile & Industrial sector. Ideal candidates have over 5 years' experience in technical sales and knowledge of hydraulics. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

  • 5 years related experience in Sales Department.
  • Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the hydraulic/off-highway technical sales sector.

Mansioni

  • Define and achieve sales targets for assigned customers.
  • Identify new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers.
  • Participate in defining customer development strategy.
  • Collaborate with specialists to realize new business opportunities.

Conoscenze

Technical sales experience in hydraulics/off-highway/industrial sectors
Good knowledge of English
MS Office software package
Willingness to travel
Ability to interact with other company departments

Formazione

High School
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus)

Position Summary

Develop sales areas for hydraulic products and systems in Italy, mainly in Northern Italy.

Opportunity to operate in a dynamic multi‑channel environment with a wide range of products and systems to offer to customers who manufacture a wide variety of applications in the Mobile & Industrial sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Defining and achieving sales targets for assigned customers
  • Identifying new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers served directly by Italian plants
  • Participating in defining the customer development strategy and related applications in the assigned area
  • Collaborating with colleagues who are specialists in application solutions or product development to refine the search for and realization of new business opportunities
Job Position Requirements

Education: High School 5 years related experience in Sales Department

Professional Background:

  • Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector
  • At least 5 years' experience in the hydraulic/off‑highway technical sales sector

Hard Skills:

Technical sales experience in hydraulics/off‑highway/industrial sectors

Good knowledge of English
MS Office software package
Willingness to travel – mainly within the country, occasionally abroad
Ability to interact with other company departments

Considered as a plus:

  • Knowledge of Hydraulic products
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus)
  • Advanced MS Excel

Soft Skills:

Versatility and ability to manage complex situations
