Overview
  • You will work to support our international clients’ communication and marketing needs;
  • Assisting in developing strategic and tactical plans to ensure client/agency goal achievement;
  • Helping the client to identify the communication objectives and priorities;
  • Gathering, organizing and analyzing key data - synthesizing for communication purposes;
  • Writing and building clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and other communication material for a variety of audiences;
  • Updating and maintaining status reports, spreadsheets and other tracking documents;
  • Fostering and maintaining strong client and team relationships;
  • Attending and participating internal and external meetings, updating the internal database with works, timing and costs;
  • Co-ordinating the work of different departments inside the agency, with regard to time scheduled and fixed costs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years agency account management experience in international coordination and global clients
