An international hospitality organization is seeking an Account Executive to oversee and support a portfolio of 30–40 hotels across Southern Europe. The role is focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, strengthening day‑to‑day relationships, providing technical guidance, and ensuring profitability across multiple distribution channels. This position is suited for a candidate who combines hospitality knowledge with strong technical and account management skills.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused, with a strong ability to balance operational support and relationship management. They will thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment and be able to collaborate across multiple internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for 30–40 hotels in the region.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term partner relationships.
• Provide proactive support to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Support the wider portfolio with administrative tasks, including commission claims, RFPs, and group inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding and system set‑ups for new hotel partners.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal tech teams.
• Train hotel staff on distribution tools and updates.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Advise partners on best practices to enhance performance and visibility.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and account records.
• Deliver personalized, high‑touch support to partner hotels.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights that drive results.
• Manage inquiries and escalations promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or hotel operations. Familiarity with hospitality systems (CRS, PMS, channel managers) strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple accounts.

Fluency in English and Italian required; additional European languages preferred. Willingness to travel (20–30% of the time).
