An educational institution seeks a part-time Academic Lead for Experiential Learning in Milan, focusing on leading curriculum and teaching operations. The role includes collaborating with various stakeholders and designing Experiential Learning courses. Candidates with a PhD or equivalent experience and strong communication skills are preferred. Flexible working arrangements and additional benefits are offered.
Employment Type: Part‑time (28‑hour week); Other part‑time arrangements will be considered.
Duration: Continuing role.
Remuneration: Level C $155k – $178k + 17% superannuation and leave loading.
Location: Kensington NSW (Hybrid flexible working).

The Academic Lead, Experiential Learning (Education focused) will lead the academic curriculum and teaching operations of Experiential Learning in the Employability team within the Pro Vice‑Chairperson Student Success portfolio.
This role will involve designing and delivering Experiential Learning courses, including Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and Career Development (CDEV) courses. The role will work closely with the Head of Employability and in collaboration with Faculties and Schools and other key university and external stakeholders and partners to scale the opportunities for Experiential Learning at UNSW.
