Key Lead – Role Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. As the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements

Availability will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
