A European airline is seeking A320 Captains to join their new operations. Candidates must have an EASA ATPL, a minimum of 1000 PIC hours on A320, and the right to live and work in the EU. Heston Airlines is a newly established European carrier, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. A member of the Heston Aviation Group, a consolidated group of companies focused on aviation assets leasing, trading, maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The airline operates sixteen Airbus A320 aircrafts, providing short and long-term services worldwide.

On offer is a long-term contract with minimum guaranteed monthly fees.

Role Requirements:

• Right to live and work in the EU
• Must be able to start from November 2025 onwards
• EASA ATPL with A320, IR / PBN ratings
• 3000 minimum on multi pilot aircraft
• 1000 minimum PIC hours on A320
• Must be current and recent on A320, ideally within 6 months
• ELP 4+
• Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED requirements

• x2 Online Psychological test (max 2 hours)
