Magna International is seeking a press line operator in Italy (Piemonte) to support daily line operations and ensure safety and quality compliance. The role includes training, coverage during shifts, and inventory control using SAP.

Forklift experience is required, with a high school diploma or GED as minimum education. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, with a pay range of $25.78–$27.89 per hour and visa sponsorship not available.

• Support the Team Leader in daily operations to ensure the press line runs safely, efficiently, and meets production targets.
• Enforce safety, quality, and work instruction compliance, including PPE usage, BOS/ISO procedures, and part quality standards.
• Assist with training and coaching associates; provide line and Team Leader coverage during breaks, weekends, and absences.
• Maintain housekeeping, automation staging, secondary inspections, and verify die setup sheets, parameter books, and run rates.
• Manage SAP transactions and inventory control, assuming full responsibility when the Team Leader is not present.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.

Job Responsibilities

Position Requirements

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Work Experience / Technical Training

• One to three months experience running a press.
• Previous Press shop experience, knowledge of how to run a Press line.
• Lead by example, be trustworthy and dependable.
• Forklift experience required.
