Overview

Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for. A Day in the Life : You will join L’Oréal Luxe’s Supply Chain team in Milano, reporting to the Demand & Supply Planner Manager. As Launch & Supply Planner Specialist you act as the operational hub to ensure launches and promos are delivered On Counter Date (OCD) and orders reach customers OTIF.

Responsibilities
  • Planning & Launch Execution: Validate retroplannings for launches / promos, drive OCD adherence and manage the Launch & Promo catalogue to reduce misalignments.
  • Stock Allocation & Prioritization: Allocate stock by customer priority, manage reservations and optimize availability across channels.
  • Cross‑functional Coordination: Gather local inputs (trade plans, manufacturing, MAD) and align Demand Planning, Warehouse, Trade, Sales and Finance to execute plans.
  • Performance & POS Management: Track OTIF, OCD and allocation KPIs; manage POS materials distribution efficiently and sustainably; deliver regular performance reports and mitigation plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process and tooling improvements (SAP / Power BI / Excel) to increase reliability and reduce risks.
Qualifications

We Are Looking For a proactive, highly organized planner who thrives in luxury retail environments and can influence across functions. Core skills: Supply Chain Planning & Forecasting, Inventory & Stock Allocation Management, Project & Launch Planning (retroplanning / OCD execution), Cross-functional Stakeholder Management & Negotiation, Data Analysis & Performance Reporting (Excel, SAP, Power BI).

Practical requirements
