A Day in the Life

As a Demand Planner for L’Oréal Luxe, you will report to the Demand & Supply Planner Manager and act as the operational reference for demand forecasting and commercial alignment. You will anticipate market trends, improve forecast accuracy and support brand performance.

  • Forecast & Planning: own the end-to-end monthly and weekly forecasting process, integrating promotional and launch inputs.
  • Data & Analysis: build baselines with Group tools, analyze historical sell‑out data, detect trends, seasonality and anomalies.
  • Sell‑out Driven & Inventory: integrate sell‑out and trade stock data to improve accuracy and visibility.
  • Catalogue & Budget Support: contribute to category catalogue optimization and support budget and brand trend setting.

You are analytical, organized and committed to continuous improvement. Key requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operations with exposure to demand forecasting processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with forecasting tools.
