Etjca Group S.p.A. seleziona addetti come impostisti e manutentori macchine in un contesto industriale vicino Erba (CO). Il ruolo prevede preparazione, set‑up e regolazioni degli impianti, gestione di cambi formato e interventi su guasti per garantire continuità produttiva.

È richiesta esperienza in macchine industriali, capacità di leggere disegni tecnici e uso di utensili da banco. È preferibile un diploma tecnico in meccanica o meccatronica.

Formación

• Esperienza in allestimento e/o manutenzione meccanica di macchinari industriali.
• Buona lettura e interpretazione di disegni meccanici.
• Uso di banco e principali utensili per piccole riparazioni.
• Analizzare guasti, identificarne le cause e proporre soluzioni.
• Diploma tecnico in meccanica o meccatronica è un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Preparare, impostare e regolare macchinari di produzione.
• Effettuare cambi formato.
• Monitorare il corretto funzionamento delle linee di produzione.
• Intervenire in caso di guasti o fermi, identificando cause e ripristinando la funzione.
• Eseguire piccole riparazioni e interventi meccanici.
• Verificare la qualità del prodotto finito rispetto agli standard.
• Pianificare e eseguire manutenzioni preventive, ordinarie e straordinarie.
• Partecipare a iniziative di miglioramento continuo per aumentare efficienza e affidabilità.
• Compilare documentazione tecnica e report legati agli interventi.
• Operare nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle norme HSE.

Etjca Group Permanent division is looking for individuals to work in a manufacturing company as machinery setters and maintainers. These professionals will be integrated into the production department and will be responsible for preparing, adjusting, and maintaining equipment and machinery, contributing to ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuity of the production process. An initial period of training and mentoring is provided, aimed at acquiring company procedures and standards. Specifically, they will need to:

• Prepare, set up, and adjust production machinery and systems.
• Arrange and execute format changes.
• Monitor the correct functioning of production lines.
• Intervene in case of breakdowns or system stoppages, identifying their causes and restoring the correct functioning of the machinery.
• Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and mechanical interventions using a workbench.
• Verify the quality of the finished product and its conformity to the required standards.
• Plan and execute preventive, ordinary, and extraordinary maintenance interventions.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at increasing the efficiency and reliability of systems.
• Complete technical documentation and reporting related to the interventions performed.
• Operate in compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and the standards required for the production sector.

Requirements:

• Experience in setting up and/or mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Good ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in using workbenches and the main tools for small repairs and adjustments.
• Ability to analyze faults, identify their causes, and propose effective solutions.
• A technical diploma in mechanics, mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification is a plus.

Completing the profile: predisposition to teamwork, orientation towards quality and continuous improvement, problem-solving attitude. Working hours: full-time, with possible request for shift availability based on production needs. Workplace: near Erba (CO). We offer:

• Permanent employment contract.
• CCNL Carta Industria, level C2/C3.
• Indicative gross annual salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €45,000.
